Qualifications: Previous experience in IT/customer service/related fields, strong troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills, 100% bilingual in Spanish & English, excellent communication skills – verbal/written, pass background checks & drug screening test.
Technicians will be required to provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software, resolve issues for clients and provide help desk support over the phone, in-person, and remotely. They will recommend hardware and software improvements and track customer issues/resolutions. They will install credit card terminals, point-of-sale systems, and Cat6 data cables and they will configure network routers and Wi-Fi Access points. Technicians will be required to work remote hours, including some nights and weekends.
Members of the sales team will operate as 1099s, meaning that they will be responsible for managing their own time. It is recommended that salespeople visit 40 businesses or call at least 100 businesses a day in order to build their sales funnel and see success. They will be paid monthly based on the volume of each account that they secure and they will continue to see profits as long as the business continues to process with All Business Solutions. The Head of Sales will train sales members for as long as needed. Level 1 (appointment setters) and Level 2 (closers) positions are available.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree, 3-5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, service orientation, coordination, time management, monitoring, judgment, and decision making.
The office administrator will prepare documents such as invoices, reports, and financial statements. They will answer phone calls, take messages and greet individuals. They will conduct research as well as read/analyze incoming reports and distribute them. The office administrator will perform general office duties, such as attending meetings and recording minutes, ordering supplies, and performing bookkeeping. Their job includes supporting the executives by providing support to other departments, managing/maintaining executives’ schedules, making travel arrangements, preparing agendas, and coordinating catering.
